Our Registered Massage Therapists

Conan Valyear, Registered Massage Therapist

Graduating from Georgian College in Barrie, ON, I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist for 4 years whom seeks to determine the root cause of a problem. Information is power; so my initial consultation process is similar to that of a physiotherapist. Seeing what kind of limitations your body has through various simple tasks that are fine tuned to your lifestyle; translates to more complicated movements you might be performing on the job or during household activities that you may never be aware of.

I’m an aspiring competitive Mixed martial artist, I’ve been involved in wrestling, rugby, football, kick boxing, boxing and recently tennis. My lifestyle involves heavy weight lifting (Olympic lifting), Testing Fad diets and workout routines, TaeBo, educating myself on healing, supplements, nutrition, stretching and how to exercise with efficiency. I understand what massage therapy is; I have taken my profession, dissected it and kept techniques that have worked for my clients and removed techniques that haven’t helped. I’ve been a therapist for 4 years now and I’ll be forever evolving as a natural healer.
