Alana Cotton, Bodyworker 

Alana graduated from Makami College with a 3000-hour certificate and worked as an RMT in Alberta for 3 years. Alana is working as a Bodyworker at Massage Addict and intends to challenge the BC board exam to become an RMT in BC. Alana became a massage therapist because she is passionate about helping people overcome pain. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communications, she has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her patients. She specializes in therapeutic treatments for shoulder pain, deep tissue, trigger point release and hot stone massage. With your commitment to improve your health, Alana will provide the best treatment suitable for your needs. Outside of work, she enjoys playing videos games like Overwatch and Legend of Zelda with her two cats named Boots and Jax.
